I hired Mr. Beardsley for two different family law matters. The first was for help handling a divorce that was heating up. I was surprised at how quickly, smoothly and professionally he handled it. It turned out exactly as I’d hoped, and he charged an extremely reasonable amount to do it! The speed with which it was handled, and the shrewdness with which it was settled were amazing. He was honest and straightforward and managed to be both respectful as well as direct with me.
Additionally, he was able to help me get a nearly decade-long custody battle under control because of his good working relationships with other attorneys and his caring but straightforward matter. Sometimes attorneys can added fuel to the flames rather then helping contain them whether because they aren’t fully considering the situation, or because they benefit financially from ongoing litigation. Not so with Mr. Beardsley. In this matter too he was very reasonable regarding cost and did not gouge or protract litigation. That was much appreciated as custody battles are notoriously expensive and emotionally draining.
I highly recommend Mr. Beardsley because of his honesty, professionalism and willingness to answer every questions I’ve ever had – and I usually have a million. Thanks to Mr. Beardsley and his kind, caring paralegal Christy Johnson for their excellent representation.

Divorce is one of the toughest things that you will ever experience in your life, especially when you have three children and suddenly find yourself a single mother. Brandon was invaluable in helping us through a very difficult time. After becoming Guardian for my two special needs brothers, it was identified that the previous attorney who set this up, did not advise us correctly. It left us with a terrible legal mess. In addition to caring for these two boys, my wife and I were dealing with overwhelming issues and emotions related to the domino effect and mess that the original attorney left us with.
