Family Law

Family law is one of the most complex areas of law. These cases are often highly emotional, which can be difficult for some attorneys to handle. As an experienced family law attorney, Mr. Beardsley has seen it all. He can help you navigate divorce paternity, child support, post-support modification, custody, adoption, guardianship, and any other family-related matters.

Estate Planning

The loss of a family member is never easy, and neither is handling his or her last will and testament. Mr. Beardsley can ease the stress you may be experiencing by assisting you during probate proceedings. If you’re concerned about safeguarding you and your family’s future, he can guide you through your own estate planning.

Mediation

Mediation offers a cost-effective alternative to retaining an attorney. It allows you and the other party to sit down and talk through the divorce, ultimately reaching resolutions everyone can agree on. As a Certified Family Law Mediator, Mr. Beardsley will act as a neutral third-party and facilitate any conversations until the matter is fully resolved and will facilitate negotiations with the intent to fully resolve all outstanding issues.
